Mark Bowling
Mark is formerly of picturesque Tenby in West Wales first visited Pattaya in 1990 and like many visitors caught the “bug” for Thailand, the way of life and it’s people. In more recent years Mark along with his father decided to leave his home town in favour of a more exotic and relaxing lifestyle in Thailand. After initially moving to Koh Samui and Phuket he decided that at 35 years of age the laid back island life wasn’t for him and he sought the excitement of Pattaya, where he has lived with his partner Pook and young son Alfie for 5 years. Coming from a 20 year background of international sales and marketing, Mark is currently Sales Manager with real estate services firm Colliers International Thailand at their Pattaya office opposite Central Festival.

Dave Buckley
Dave is the owner of the Real Estate Magazine Thailand. A career journalist, he has more than 40 years of experience in the publishing world (he started young!). Before moving permanently to Pattaya he was director of a London company producing staff journals for major corporations such as HSBC Bank, Barclays Bank, Laura Ashley and Tarmac. He has worked at the Press Association, the Kent Messenger, the (now defunct) Hong Kong Star, the Daily Express, Today (the UK’s first full-colour newspaper), and the News of the World among others. His role on the LHC committee is to liaise with the media.

Tracy Cosgrove
Originally from Manchester, Tracy came to Thailand in 1985 for a holiday and loved it. Hong Kong soon followed where she worked on lots of projects from the Government House to the HSBC employee houses. Having built a successful interior design company with international clients with projects ranging from hotels, restaurant and homes. In 2003, Tracy was awarded Scotswoman of the year, followed by the final 4 for Entrepreneur of the year award out of 300 companies in 2004. Her company, Sanuk CSR supports Melissa Cosgrove Children’s Foundation named after her daughter, Melissa. Tracy is very happy helping 1000’s of children every year. She now uses her entrepreneurial and networking skills to full advantage. Her Motto is… If you don’t ask you don’t get!

Cees Cuijpers
Cees is MD-partner of Town & Country Property. His company is one of the leading real-estate outfits, with offices based in Pattaya, on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand. Apart from running a brokers’ firm, Cees has strong connections on the project-side of residential developments with few projects under the wings of his company. He came to Thailand 12 years ago and has been in business ever since. Before Cees moved to Thailand he careered in Holland mainly in hospitality industry and logistics. Hence, his first enterprise in Thailand was an up-market club and International restaurant on Pattaya Beach Road. The role of Cees for the LHC committee is the one of chairman.

Kevin Fisher
Kevin was born sometime last century and has been in the construction business since leaving school which seems a life time ago, so when the opportunity came up to set up and start a Lighthouse Club chapter in Pattaya, Kevin’s hand was in the air to get involved and help. Kevin runs his own business here in Thailand, still dealing with the construction industry he was voted on as the Treasurer and still is to this day, along with taking a very active role in all the LHC actives. A huge supporter of the Melissa Cosgrove Childrens Foundation and what it stands for, and the charity the LHC Pattaya supports.

Gavin Perfect
Gavin was born and raised in a small village named Hoo St. Werburgh, Kent, England, came to Thailand in 2001. Initially visiting as a backpacker on a round the world trip, I enjoyed the relaxed lifestyle of sun, sea and fun. Initially visiting Pattaya after a year’s work in Hua Hin in 2003, I started working in the Real Estate and construction Industry in the local area. Now we have a National Real Estate agency named Paradise City Property, with offices in 3 major beach resort locations, and soon to open 2 more. I also operate Global Design & Build, being our construction branch of our business. I enjoy the work involved in Lighthouse Club after years of seeing how we can help those whom are not so fortunate and putting a smile on their faces.
